Pantoprazole sodium sesquihydrate 22.57mg (20mg as Pantoprazole)
1. Treatment of mild reflux esophagitis and related symptoms: Orally administer 20mg pantoprazole once a day before meal in the morning. Alleviation of symptoms generally occurs within 2 to 4 weeks, and healing normally occurs within 4 weeks of administration. If not, healing can be achieved with 4 additional weeks of administration.
2. Long-term maintenance therapy to prevent recurrence of reflux esophagitis: Orally administer 20mg pantoprazole once a day before meal in the morning. In the case of recurrence, increase to 40mg pantoprazole per day, then reduce to 20mg per day after healing.
3. Prevention of gastric and duodenal ulcers due to NSAIDs in patients requiring sustained administration of NSAIDs: Administer 20mg pantoprazole once a day.
ㆍNo need to adjust dose for elderly patients or patients with renal impairment.
ㆍPatients with liver impairment
Do not exceed 20mg of this drug per day for patients with severe liver impairment.
