Adults : Take 1 sachet (bottle) (single dose) 3 times a day 30 minutes after meals. If necessary, take before sleep. Administer at intervals of 4 hours.

1. Warnings
Persons who regularly consume at least 3 alcoholic drinks daily must consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this drug or other fever and pain medications. Taking this drug may cause liver damage in such patients.
2. Do not do the following while taking this drug
This drug contains acetaminophen. Do not take together with other products containing acetaminophen, as administration in excess of the maximum daily dose (4,000mg) may cause liver damage.
3. Do not administer to the following patients
1) Patients with hypersensitivity to this drug and ingredients of this drug, or a history of the same
2) Persons having had asthma after taking this drug, ingredients of this drug, other antipyretics and analgesics, and cold medications
3) Infants under 3 months of age (nursing infants)
4) Persons who are taking MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, anti-psychotics, mood regulators, anti-Parkinson’s drugs, etc.) or who have discontinued administration within 2 weeks prior
4. Do not take the following drugs while taking this drug.
Antitussives (anti-cough) and expectorants, other cough medications, antipyretics and analgesics, sedatives, internal medications containing antihistamines (oral medications for rhinitis, motion sickness medications, allergy medications)
5. The following should consult a physician, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this drug.
1) Infants (nursing infants) and children less than 15 years old infected or suspected to be infected with varicella or influenza (Behavioral changes accompanied by nausea or vomiting may be early symptoms of Leigh syndrome, a rare but serious illness; consult a physician.)
2) Persons or persons whose parents or siblings are prone to hives, contact dermatitis, bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, migraines, and food allergies
3) Persons having previously had allergic symptoms (e.g. fever, rashes, joint pain, asthma, itchiness, etc.) to drugs
4) Persons with liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, prostate disease, diabetes, hypertension, edema, gastroduodenal ulcers, elderly patients, weak persons and persons with high fever
5) Persons with persistent or recurrent gastric issues such as heartburn, stomach discomfort and stomach pains, or with ulcer or bleeding issues
6) Pregnant or potentially pregnant women, nursing women
7) Persons receiving treatment from a physician or dentist (persons taking other drugs such as diabetes medications, gout medication, arthritis medication, anticoagulants, and steroids, etc.)
6. In the following cases, immediately discontinue administration of this drug and consult a physician, dentist or pharmacist. If possible, the patient should take this document with him/her when consulting.
1) If administration of this drug results in the following symptoms
Rashes and redness, itchiness, nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, edema, dizziness
2) If administration of this drug rarely results in the following severe symptoms
(1) Shock (anaphylactic) : Immediately after administration, hives, edema, chest tightness, paleness of complexion, cold hands or feet, cold sweats, and difficulty breathing may appear.
(2) Mucocutaneous ocular syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome) and toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyells syndrome) : May present with high fever, rashes and redness, and severe burn-like blistering symptoms over skin, mouth or ocular mucous membrane
(3) Asthma
(4) Impaired liver function : Systemic languor or jaundice (yellowness of skin or whites of eyes) may appear.
(5) Epileptic pneumonia : May be accompanied by dry coughs (coughs without sputum), shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, and fever, etc. (These symptoms may be difficult to distinguish from symptoms of common cold. If dry cough and fever are exacerbated, discontinue administration and consult a physician.).
(6) Pseudoaldosteronism : Reduced urine, edema of the face, hands and feet, heavy eyelids, stiff hands, hypertension and headache, etc. (Preparations with maximum daily doses of 1g as licorice may result in pseudoaldosteronism with symptoms such as hypokalemia, increased blood pressure, sodium fluid retention, edema, and weight gain, etc. when administered for prolonged periods; observe sufficiently (measure serum potassium level) and discontinue administration if anomalies are confirmed.)
(7) Myopathic disorder : Myopathic disorder may appear as the result of hypokalemia; observe sufficiently, and discontinue administration upon confirmation of weakness, cramping of the limbs, and paralysis, etc.
3) If symptoms are not improved even after administering 5 to 6 times
7. Other precautions when taking this drug
1) Adhere strictly to prescribed method and dose of administration.
2) Do not administer continually for a prolonged period.
3) Do not drink after administration.
4) In patients taking barbital drugs, tricylic antidepressants and alcohol have reduced acetaminophen metabolism ability, and the plasma half-life of acetaminophen may be increased.
5) Administer with caution as concomitant administration with preparations containing potassium, licorice, glycyrrhizinic acid or salts thereof, loop diuretics (furosemide, Etacrynic acid) or thiazide diuretics (trichloromethiazide) may cause myopathic disorder due to pseudoaldosteronism or hypokalemia.
8. Storage precautions
1) Keep out of reach of children.
2) Keep away from direct sunlight and keep in a sealed container in a cool place with low humidity.
3) Removing drugs from their original container and storing them in other container may lead to accidents due to misuse or lower quality; be sure to keep in tightly closed original container.
