- The indications for the vitamins, etc. contained in this drug are as follow.
ㆍAlleviation of the following symptoms : Neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain (back pain, shoulder discomfort, etc.), perlhe, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, dermatitis, beriberi, eye fatigue, underdevelopment of teeth and bones, prevention of rickets
ㆍSupply of zinc1. The following persons should not take this drug.
(1) Patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, renal disease
(2) Patients with hypersensitivity to this drug and ingredients of this drug
(3) Patients with kidney stones
2. Do not take the following drugs while taking this drug.
(1) Phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids
(2) Levodopa
3. The following persons should consult a physician, dentist or pharmacist before taking this drug
(1) Patients receiving treatment from a physician
(2) Children who receive ample sunlight exposure and eat normal meals
(3) Patients with hyperoxaluria
(4) Pregnant and potentially pregnant women, nursing mothers, infants, prematurely born infants
(1) Vitamin D is secreted into breast milk and may cause hypercalcemia in newborns.
(5) Patients with cardiac and circulatory impairment
(6) Patients with renal impairment
(7) Patients with hypoproteinemia
(8) Patients with gout or kidney stones
(9) Patients with a history of kidney stones
4. In the following cases, immediately discontinue administration of this drug and consult a physician, dentist or pharmacist. If possible, the patient should take this document with him/her when consulting.
(1) When administration of this drug causes the following symptoms:
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach discomfort, constipation, rash, redness, loose bowels, gastroenteric impairment, upper abdominal pain, hypotension, pulmonary edema.
(2) Administration of this drug may result in earlier than expected menstruation and prolonged bleeding with higher blood volume.
(3) Administration of vitamin 2 to women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients having prothrombotic factors may increase the risk of thrombosis.
(4) Prolonged administration of high doses may result in resistance.
(5) Prolonged administration of pyridoxin at doses of 500mg to 2g/day may cause sensory neuropathy or neuropathic symptoms.
(6) Administration of 10ug/day or more of Vitamin B12 to patients with insufficient folic acid may cause blood adverse reactions.
(7) High dose administration may promote digestive ulcers, glucose tolerance impairment, hyperurisemia, or liver damage.
(8) High does administration may result in gastroenteric symptoms such as nausea or vomiting, hypernatremia, ischemic heart failure, or edema.
(9) Concomitant administration with anti-aldosterone drugs or triamterene may cause hyperkalemia.
(10) Accidental overdosage
(11) If symptoms are not improved even after around 1 month of administration
5. Other precautions when taking this drug
(1) Adhere strictly to prescribed method and dose of administration
(2) Administer under guidance and supervision of a guardian when administering to children.
(3) May interfere with detection of blood glucose in various urine tests.
(4) May cause urine to turn brown and impact clinical test results.
(5) Avoid teas containing tannins such as green tea and black tea during and after administration.
6) Storage precautions
1) Keep away from children.
2) Keep in cool area away from direct sunlight and with low humidity (Must store in sealed container after use.).
3) Removing drugs from their original container and storing them in other container may lead to accidents due to misuse or lower quality; be sure to keep in tightly closed original container.
