1. Short-term treatment of gastric ulcers: Orally administer 10mg lafutidine twice a day in the morning and before sleep. Results of clinical trials with administration up to 8 weeks showed most subjects healed within 8 weeks, but treatment time may vary depending on patient.
2. Short-term treatment of duodenal ulcers: Orally administer 10mg lafutidine twice a day in the morning and before sleep. Results of clinical trials with administration up to 6 weeks showed most subjects healed within 6 weeks, but treatment time may vary depending on patient.
3. Improvement of gastric mucosal lesions in acute and chronic gastritis: Orally administer 10mg lafutidine once a day before sleep. Results of clinical trials with administration up to 2 weeks showed most subjects healed within 2 weeks, but treatment time may vary depending on patient.
4. Concomitant therapy with antibiotics for digestive ulcer patients infected with helicobacter pylori: Administer 20mg lafutidine, 500mg clarithromycin, and 1000mg amoxicillin twice a day for 7 or 14 days.
