Use in adult males
Recommended dose for this drug is 10mg, administered regardless of meals prior to expected sexual activity.
For patients where 10mg tadalafil does not provide sufficient effects, 20mg may be tried.
This drug may be administered at least 30 minutes prior to sexual activity.
Maximum recommended frequency of adjustment is once a day.
Long-term safety with daily administration over extended periods has not been established, and the effect of the drug is normally sustained for a day or longer. Use in elderly males
No dose adjustments necessary in elderly patients.
Use in males with renal function impairment.

Use in males with liver function impairment
Recommended dose of this drug is 10mg, administered regardless of meals prior to expected sexual activity. There is limited clinical data as to safety of this drug in patients with severe liver failure (Child-Pugh Class C); the prescribing physician must carefully assess individual benefits and risks.
