Clopidogrel bisulfate 97.875mg (75mg as clopidogrel)
ㆍAdults
1. For ischemic stroke, myocardial infarction or peripheral arterial disease, administer 75mg clopidogrel once a day.
2. For acute coronary syndrome (unstable angina or non-Q wave myocardial infarction) patients, begin with a loading dose of 300mg once a day of this drug on the first date administration is begun, and orally administer a maintenance dose of 75mg once a day thereafter. Concomitantly administer 75 to 325mg aspirin once a day with this drug.
3. For atrial fibrillation patients, orally administer 75 of this drug once a day. Concomitantly administer 75 to 100mg aspirin once a day with this drug.
ㆍRenal impairment patients: Limited therapeutic experience in renal impairment patients.
ㆍLiver impairment patients: Limited therapeutic experience in moderately severe liver disease patients with bleeding tendency.
This drug may be administered regardless of meals
1. Improvement of atherosclerosis symptoms in adult patients with ischemic stroke, myocardial infarction or peripheral arterial disease
2. Improvement of atherosclerosis symptoms (death due to cardiovascular disease, myocardial infarction, stroke or refractory ischemia) in adult patients in acute coronary syndrome (unstable angina or non-Q wave myocardial infarction patients with drug therapy or percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) (with stent or no stent), and patients having received or to receive CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting))
3. Reducing risk of atherothrombosis and thromboembolism including stroke in adult atrial fibrillation patients having at least one vascular risk factor, not suitable for administration of vitamin K antagonists (VKA), and having low risk of bleeding
